We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. The product must then be recieved back within 14 days of return request approval. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to request a return. Once approved you will be emailed additional instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a 3 business days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. Items that do not meet the criteria may receive a partial refund, store credit, or be returned to buyer at buyers expense.
We do not offer exchanges except in the case that an item was defective. Otherwise you may return the original item and place a new order.
If you received a defective item or the wrong item you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. You will be asked to provide a picture of the item received for all returns where the reason is defective or received wrong item. For returns for all other reasons you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Tracking & Insurance
All returns should be sent via a trackable method, a tracking number may be requested. If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item and are not responsible for carrier loss.
