To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be identical in brand, model, specifications, quality and quantity.
• The competing offer must be publicly advertised, verifiable, and currently available from an authorized distributor or retailer.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
• Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase with valid documentation.

Exclusions:

This policy does not apply to:

• Discontinued, refurbished, open-box, or used items
• Auction sites, peer-to-peer platforms, marketplaces or membership-based pricing
• Promotional pricing tied to bundles, rebates, flash sales, or limited-time offers
• Errors or misprints in competitor advertisements

• A copy or screenshot of the competitor’s advertised price
• A description of the item, including model/item #
• The date and source of the offer

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval.
