The pure white acid-free tissue has an alkaline buffering agent added to neutralize environmental degradation and measures 7.5 - 8.5 pH by Tappi Standard T435. BufferMount measures .003 inches overall and is removable while heated. Bond occurs during the cooling cycle (thermoplastic).
